STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: All that lot or parcel of land with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, Richmond County, City of Augusta, fronting 51.1 feet on Cemetery Avenue, also known as Hartford Road, and extending back a distance of 85.5 feet, more or less, on its Northern line and a distance of 86.5 feet, more or less, on its Southern line, with a rear width of 54 feet. Being bounded on the North by Mount Auburn Street; East by Cemetery Avenue, also known as Hartford Road; South by property, now or formerly of W. W. McAbee; and West by property, now or formerly of Arelia and Frank Hill. The improvements on said property being known under the present system of house numbering as 739 Hartford Road (also known as 739 Cemetery Avenue). This being the same property conveyed to Rita Gibson Jennings and Jacqueline Olivia Jennings, as joint tenants with right of survivorship in Deed Book 338, Page 1135.
