STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: All that lot of land, with improvements, situate in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, and designated as Lot Number One, Block Fourteen (14) on plat of Lafayette Place, as same is shown on plat recorded in proper office of said County in Realty Book 4H, 572-3.
