gpn14 HS Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA LIBERTY COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Rickey Bradley and Walter D. Rogers to The Heritage Bank dated December 21, 2007, recorded in Deed Book 1508, Pages 217-225, Liberty County Records, said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated February 14, 2013, in the original principal sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWO DOLLARS and 50/100'ths DOLLARS ($299,702.50), with interest from said date at the rate stated in said Notes on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Liberty County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2015, the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Exhibit A: TRACT ONE: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1458th G.M. District of Liberty County, Georgia, containing 5.4702 acres, more or less, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by C.E. Williams, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1565, dated November 20, 1978, and being recorded in Plat Section C-6, Page 82, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes. Said lot of land being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: Northerly by lands of James D. Smitherman and Hollywood Drive; Easterly by lands of Virgil E. Doyle and Carl R. Dykes; Southerly by lands of Carl R. Dykes; and Westerly by lands of Stanley and Beatrice Gregory, all as shown on the above referred to plat of survey. TRACT TWO: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1458th G.M. District of Liberty County, Georgia, containing 4 acres, more or less, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Leon C. Cameron, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 869, dated June 4, 1973, said plat being attached to that certain Warranty Deed from Carl R. Dykes to Donald A. Downs, recorded in Deed Book 128. Pages 84-86, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes. Said lot of land being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: Northerly by the right of way of Hollywood Drive; Easterly by lands of Carl R. Dykes; Southerly by lands of Carl R. Dykes; and Westerly by lands of Cassity and by lands of Marvin Ricketson, all as shown on the above referred to plat of survey. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
