Rainey or any occupant/claimant of the property described below Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 311 in the 6th District, 5th Section of Haralson County Georgia and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: To find the point of beginning, commence at the intersection of the North right way of Speights Road and the Eastern right of way of Mac Garner Road; thence along said Eastern right of way North 38 degrees, 37 Minutes, 16 seconds West a distance of 154.70 feet; thence North 22 Degrees, 35 Minutes, 49 seconds West a distance of 150.33 feet to the point of beginning. From said point of beginning, continue along said Eastern right of way North 26 Degrees, 31 Minutes, 51 Seconds West a distance of 310.98 feet; thence leaving said Eastern right of way, North 63 Degrees, 27 Minutes, 31 Seconds East a distance of 568.61 feet; thence South 81 Degrees, 03 Minutes, 11 Seconds East a distance of 331.39 feet; thence South 40 Degrees, 58 Minutes, 23 Seconds West a distance of 310.08 feet; thence South 63 Degrees, 27 Minutes, 31 Seconds West for a distance of 551.99 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract containing 5.00 acres, more or less and being designated a Tracts 4, 5, and 9 on the plat hereinafter referred to. The above description is made in accordance with a plat prepared for Danny Walsh, dated August 18, 1998, revised June 30, 1999 by Claude E.
