Hembree as Trustee of the John J. Hembree and Elba I. Hembree Family Trust U/A/D/ 9-11-92 and Kenneth O. Tippens, dated January 14, 2000, of record in Deed Book 433, Page 519, Haralson County Public Records. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1113 at page 423.
