CLASS:0980 GB11-25981 0105 0068 11/26, 12/3, 10, 17; 2015 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM STATE OF GEORGIA HARALSON COUNTY Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map and Parcel # 0105 0068 All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 190, 7th District and 5th Section, Haralson County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit: begin on the east right of way line of a dirt road that leads from U.S. Highway 78 and runs north towards Simpson Crossing of the Southern Railroad, said road being in the south west quarter of said Land Lot, the beginning point being a distance of 700 feet north of the right of way line of U.S. Highway 78 as measured along the east right of way line of said road. Thence from the point of beginning north along the east right of way line of said road a distance of 165 feet; thence south 84 degrees 49 minutes east a distance of 704 feet to an iron pin; thence south 1 degree 34 minutes east a distance of 112 feet; thence north 89 degrees 24 minutes west a distance of 726 feet to the point of beginning. Said premises subject to a power easement of Georgia Power Company crossing said premises. A plat of said property dated March 20, 1968, is recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 20, Haralson County Deed Records. Said plat is incorporated herein by reference. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1113 at page 424.
