CLASS:0980 GB11-25984 0049 0042 11/26, 12/3. 10, 17; 2015 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM STATE OF GEORGIA HARALSON COUNTY Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map and Parcel # 0049 0042 All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 36 in the 8th District and 5th Section of Haralson County, Georgia, and being more fully described as follows: to find the point of beginning, commence at the intersection of the center line of an old sawmill road and the westerly right of way line of Beech Creek Road; run thence in a westerly and southwesterly direction along the centerline of said old sawmill road a distance of 2250 feet, more or less, to a point; from said point, run thence north 89 degrees 23 minutes west a distance of 300 feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence run south 02 degrees 20 minutes east a distance of 220 feet to an iron pin; thence run north 87 degrees 45 minutes east a distance of 140.0 feet to an iron pin and the point of beginning. From said point of beginning, run thence north 87 degrees 45 minutes east a distance of 298.0 feet to an iron pin; run thence north 87 degrees 45 minutes east to a point at the center line of an unpaved drive; run thence along the center line of said unpaved drive in a westerly and northwesterly direction a distance of 35 0 feet, more or less, to the intersection of the centerline of said unpaved drive with the center line of an intersecting unpaved drive; run thence in a southwesterly direction along the center line of said intersecting unpaved drive, a distance of 90 feet, more or less, to a point; run thence north 89 degrees 28 minutes west, a distance of 15 feet, more or less, to a point marked by an iron pin; run thence south 18 degrees 07 minutes west a distance of 97.65 feet to an iron pin and the point of beginning. Said tract or parcel of land containing 0.50 acres, and being more fully shown on a plat entitled "Survey for G.A. and Marie Ranger" dated June 16, 1976 by Kenco Engineering & Surveying Co., Inc., said plat being of record at Plat Book 6, Page 20, Clerk's Office, Haralson Superior Court, reference to the same being hereby made for a more full and complete description of subject property. It is expressly agreed that all access roads and drives as shown and indicated on the plat as referenced herein shall remain open and accessible to all property owners, and their successors, of tracts within the said inclusive survey. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1113 at page 432.
