CLASS:0980 GB11-25938 #0050A 0047A 11/26, 12/3, 10, 17; 2015 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM STATE OF GEORGIA HARALSON COUNTY Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map and Parcel # 0050A 0047A All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 56 & 37 of the 8th District of Haralson County, Georgia, being more particularly shown and described on a survey entitled "Survey for Chris Daniels", dated December 14, 2001, prepared by Pioneer Land Surveying Co, certified by Jacob Roland Harrison, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No 1134, said plat being recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 171, Haralson County, Georgia Public Deed Records. Said plat being incorporated herein by reference hereto. Said tract consists of 0.36 acres, more or less. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1113 at page 426.
