GB11-25980 0104 0107 11/26, 12/3, 10, 17; 2014 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM STATE OF GEORGIA HARALSON COUNTY Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map and Parcel # 0104 0107 All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 187 in the 7th District and 5th Section of Haralson County, Georgia, and which is more particularly described as follows, to wit: to find the point of beginning, begin at the common corner between Land Lots 157, 158, 187 and 188, said District and Section and from said point run north 89 degrees 39 minutes 22 seconds west 112.66 feet to a point located on the eastern right of way line of the Southern Railroad, south 47 degrees 04 minutes 11 seconds west 1,908.99 feet to the point of beginning; from said point of beginning, leaving the eastern right of way line of the Southern Railroad run south 29 degrees 29 minutes 19 seconds east 268.91 feet; thence north 89 degrees 54 minutes 55 seconds west 101.56 feet; thence run north 29 degrees 29 minutes 19 seconds west 197.68 feet to a point located on the eastern right of way line of the Southern Railroad, north 47 degrees 04 minutes 11 seconds east 90.81 feet to the point of beginning. Said described tract of land contains 0.473 acres, more or less, according to the plat hereinafter referred to. The above description is made in accordance with the plat prepared for Ananias Jordan by William H. Alexander Jr., Georgia Registered Land Surveyor 1643, dated August 29, 1991, a copy of which is recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 14, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, and which plat is by leave of reference incorporated into and made a part of this description. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1113 at page 429.
