Morse and Christy L. Morse, dated November 15, 1999 and being more particularly described as follows: to find the true point of beginning, begin at a point on the southeasterly right of way line of Steadman Road (80 foot right of way), being located 408.24 feet easterly as measured along said right of way from its intersection with the west land lot line of land lot 709, same being the centerline of a 30 foot ingress-egress easement, run thence along said centerline of ingress-egress easement the following courses and distances: south 29 degrees 11 minutes 15 seconds east 63.00 feet, south 58 degrees 44 minutes, 10 seconds east 42.09 feet, south 70 degrees 29 minutes 36 seconds east 120.29 feet, south 55 degrees 29 minutes 37 seconds east 85.91 feet, south 40 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds east 135.12 feet, south 13 degrees 10 minutes 07 seconds east, 47.01 feet, south 07 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds west 95.95 feet to the true point of beginning; run thence north 87 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds east 112.0 feet to a point and corner; run thence south 02 degrees 10 minutes 18 seconds east 191.75 feet to a point and corner; run thence south 87 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds west 227.17 feet to a point and corner; run thence north 02 degrees 10 minutes 18 seconds west 191.75 feet to an iron pin and corner; run thence north 87 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds east 115.17 feet to a point located at the centerline of a 30 foot ingress-egress easement and the true point of beginning. Also conveyed herein is an easement for purposes of ingress and egress to subject property from Steadman Road being more particularly described in that Quit Claim Deed of record in Deed Book 1005, Page 406. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1113 at page 433.
