CLASS:0980 GB11-26037 0066A 0035 11/26, 12/3, 10, 17; 2015 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM STATE OF GEORGIA HARALSON COUNTY Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map and Parcel # 0066A 0035 All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 234 of the7th District and 5th Section of Haralson County, Georgia, and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southern right of way line of U.S. Highway 78 where the said point intersects with the eastern right of way line of the Old Chaney Road; thence from said point of beginning, running in a southwesterly direction along the eastern right of way line of the Old Chaney Dirt Road a distance of 247 feet to a sweet gum tree and the northwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Edna Thrower; thence east a distance of 200 feet to a marked pine tree and the western property line of property now or formerly owned by Leroy Williams; thence north a distance of 200 feet along the amblings and ramblings of a certain ditch to the southern right of way line of U.S. Highway 78 and the eastern right of way line of the Old Chaney Road and the point of beginning. The above described property being the same property as that described in that certain Warranty Deed from Floyd W. Adams and Estelle Adams to J.R. Smith, dated December 18, 1978, which deed is of record in Deed Book 209, Page 20, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1113 at page 425.
