CLASS:0980 GB11-25933 #0023A 0024 11/26, 12/3, 10, 17; 2015 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM STATE OF GEORGIA HARALSON COUNTY Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map and Parcel # 0023A 0024 All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot (S) 239, 8th District, Haralson County, Georgia, being known as lot 11 Beaver Run Subdivision. Said lot has been recorded in the Haralson County Records in Plat Book 15,Page 16, recorded June 24, 1988. Pursuant to that declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions for Beaver Run, recorded in Deed Book 284, at Page 793-795, Clerks Office, Haralson County Superior Court, the above described property is subject to that declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions and the provisions of said declaration are incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference. Caveat: the internal subdivision roads over which the subject property will enjoy access easement, as depicted on the plat of survey herein referred to, are private roads intended to remain private and so far as the County is concerned, are to be maintained exclusively by the abutting lot owners. Haralson County does not agree to expend any county funds for their installation, maintenance, repair, or improvement. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of January, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1113 at page 430.
