NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COLUMBIA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Roy Graham, Jr. and Jennifer K. Graham to Crestar Mortgage Corporation dated 11/4/1998 and recorded in Deed Book 2137 Page 296, Columbia County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $98,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on December 01, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Columbia County, Georgia, fronting on Grant Road, and containing 2.75 acres as shown on a plat of survey prepared by John M. Harriss, RLS No. 1769, dated October 28, 1998, a copy of which plat of survey is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Columbia County, Georgia, in Plat Cabinet C, Slide 180#4, the courses and distances, metes and bounds, as shown on said plat being incorporated herein by specific reference thereto. This is the same as that property conveyed to Jennifer K. Graham and Roy Graham, Jr. by deed from Beatrice G. Jones dated September 9, 1998, and recorded in Deed book 2101, page 224, Columbia County Clerk's Office. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given). Said property is commonly known as 1242 GRANT ROAD, HARLEM, GA 30814 together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party (or parties) in possession of the subject property is (are): Jennifer K. Graham or tenant or tenants.
