Jones III, d/b/a Delta Partners, subsequently transferred to Consolidated Loan Company of Albany subsequenlty transferred to E. Dean Rosier and Charles M. Jones, III, d/b/a Delta Partners, Dated 4/13/2011 and executed on 5/21/2011 said deed being given to secure a note Dated 4/13/2011 in the original principal amount of $17000.00, and recorded in Deed Book 1110, Page 251, Clerks office Colquitt County, Georgia with interest from date at the rate provided in the note on the unpaid balance until paid; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at Colquitt County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2015 the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot(s) 265, in the 8th Land District, Colquitt County, Georgia, and being all of Lot 006 of Highfield Acres Subdivision, according to a map or plat of said subdivision as same is recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 64, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Colquitt County, Georgia. Also, conveyed is a one-nineth (1/9) undivided interest in the well and water system. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of non-payment on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorneys fees.
