TAKE NOTICE THAT ESTATE OF DENISE K. WALKER & HEIRS KNOWN & UNKNOWN HAS THE RIGHT TO REDEEM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT:
All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in Land Lot Number One Hundred Eight-One (181), in the Sixth District and Fourth Section, of Chattooga County, Georgia and being Lot Number Nineteen-A (19-A), of Northridge Estates, Phase 2, according to a survey plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 53, in the Office of the Chattooga Superior Court Clerk to which plat reference is hereby made for a more specific description of said lot which is more particularly described as:
BEGINNING at a stake corner on the Westerly side of Northridge Lane (50 feet right of way) which is 713-58/100 feet Southwesterly, measured along said side of said lane from the Southwest corner of its intersection with Northridge Drive (50 feet right of way); thence South 88 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West 402-58/100 feet to a stake corner; thence South 20 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds East 155-64/100 feet to a stake corner; thence North 79 degrees 47 minutes 06 seconds East 355-22/100 feet to an iron pin on the Northwesterly side of acircularcup-de-sac atthe South end of said Northridge Lane; thence Northeasterlywith the arc of saidcup-de-sac 13-11/100 feet to an iron pin atthe end of the West side of Northridge Lane atthe beginning of saidcup-de-sac; thenceNorth 06 degrees 55 minutes 54 seconds West along said side of said lane 86-70/100 feet tothe point ofbeginning;containing 1-07/100 acres, more or less, according to aforesaid survey plat.
The conveyance of aforesaid property shall be made SUBJECT to those restrictivecovenants recorded inChattooga Deed Book 238, Page 141, to which reference is hereby made for more specific particulars thereof.

BEGINNING at a stake corner on the Westerly side of Northridge Lane which is 618-58/100 feet Southwesterly measured along said side of said lane from the Southwest corner of its intersection with Northridge Drive; thence North 87 degrees 58 minutes 27 seconds West 436-26/100 feet to a stake corner;thence South 20 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds East 130 feet to a stake corner; thence North 88 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds East 402-58/100 feet to a stake corner on said Westerly side of Northridge Lane; thence North 06 degrees 55 minutes 54 seconds West alongsaid side of said lane 95 feet tothe point of beginning;containing 1-04/100 acres, more or less, according to aforesaid survey plat.
The conveyance is made SUBJECT of those restrictive covenants recorded in Chattooga Deed Book 238, Page 141, towhich reference is hereby made for more specific particulars thereof.
