NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF CHATTOOGA
To: Eskew, Greg his heirs and assigns
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit,
All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in Land Lot number fifteen (15), in the Sixth District and Fourth Section, of Chattooga County, Georgia and being more particularly described as:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot No. 15, in the 6th District and 4th Section, of Chattooga County, Georgia and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the North side of Alexander Street with the West side of Dowdy Drive; thence North 87 degrees 49 minutes West along the North side of Alexander Street 145 feet to an iron pin; thence North 17 degrees 30 minutes East 165 feet to an iron pin; thence South 87 degrees 49 minutes East 145 feet to an iron pin on the West side of Dowdy Drive; thence South 17 degrees 30 minutes 165 feet along the West side of Dowdy Drive to the Point of Beginning, according to a plat by Earle E. Espy, Sr., drawn by Leonard E. Smith, dated April 17, 1974. Property is commonly known as 114 Alexander Street, Summerville, Georgia.
Being the same property conveyed Edward and Dianne Lyons in Deed, dated May 1, 2003 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia.
Said property is sold as is and in its present condition and state of repair.
To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land, with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or is anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said part of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in fee simple.
As described in Deed Book 433, Page 219. Further described as Map & Parcel S147.
Will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 26th day of November 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 25th 2015 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia in Deed Book 634, Page 628-629.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 26th day of November, 2015 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
