NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF CHATTOOGA
To: Rich, Freddie his heirs and assigns
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit,
All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in Land Lot Number fifteen (15), in the Sixth District and Fourth Section, of Chattooga County, Georgia and being more particularly described as:
Beginning at an iron in corner on the North side of Alexander Street (30 foot right of way) which is South 87 degrees 49 minutes East 455 feet along said side of said road from its intersection with the original lot line forming the West boundary of said lot; thence South 87 degrees 49 minutes East along said North side of Alexander Street 30 feet to an established corner; thence North 17 degrees 30 minutes East 100 feet to an established corner; thence North 87 degrees 49 minutes West parallel with Alexander Street 30 feet to and established corner; thence South 17 degrees 30 minutes West 100 feet to the point of beginning; being a strip 30 feet wide extending from Alexander Street North 17 degrees 30 minutes East 100 feet along the South line of that tract conveyed Eunice Mae Shoemaker by Homer H. and Patricia Johnson a deed of June 30, 1975, recorded in Chattooga County Deed Book 152, Page 136.
And being the same property conveyed to Kenneth Wade, Sr. and Larry Wade from Vickie Rich, Administratrix of the Estate of Eunice Mae Riley by administrators deed, dated July 16, 2010 and recorded in Deed Book 577, Page 305, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Chattooga County, Georgia.
To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land, with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in fee simple.
As described in Deed Book 577, Page 308. Further described as Map & Parcel 5143
Will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 26th day of November 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 25, 2015 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia in Deed Book 634, Page 626-627.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 26th day of November, 2015 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
