gpn11 CN6495 STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF CATOOSA, NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Original land Lot No. 141, in the 28th District and 3rd Section, of Catoosa county, Georgia and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of Three Notch Road at its intersection with the North line of said Land Lot No. 141; thence running in a Southwesterly direction, along and with said Road, a distance of 188.76 feet to the North line of Bobbie Drive; thence running in and Easterly direction, along the North line of Bobbie Drive, a distance of 215 feet to a point, being the Southwest corner of Lot One (1) Melody Estates as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 71, Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Catoosa County, Georgia; thence running North along the Wester line of said Melody Estates a distance of 221 feet to the North line of said Land Lot; thence running West a distance of 158.2 feet, more or less, along said Land Lot line, to the point of beginning; and Further described in Deed Book 739, Page 612, and Map & Parcel 0022D007000; will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 16th day of December, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of October, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Catoosa County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1747 at page 264. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 16th day of December, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 7411 Nashville Street, Ringgold, Georgia 30736.
