TO: R J Lewis Investment Group,Occupants,Tenants, and Residents, and all other parties having of record in Catoosa County, Georgia and right, title, or interest or lien upon that property described as "All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Original Land Lot no. 225, in the 28th District and 3' Sectionof Catoosa County, Georgia, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point located on the North line of Hazel Drive (formerly Hackett Mill Road), said point being located South 87 degrees 01 minutes 23 seconds East along said line, a distance of 163.58 feet from the Southwest corner of Land Lot. 225: thence running North 01 degrees 14 minutes 03 seconds East, a distance of 208.79 feet to a point; thence South 86 degrees 39 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 158.35 feet: thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 208.10 feet to a point located on the North line of Hazel Drive; a distance of 161.39 feet to said beginning point. The above described property being shown as Lot C on a survey by Compton Surveying Co. LLC dated March 19, 2001. Being the same property conveyed by Deed recorded in Deed Book 794, Page 545, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Catoosa. County, Georgia. To have and and to hold the said tract or parcel of land, with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being,belonging, or in anywise appertainging, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in Fee Simple.
