NOTICE TO FORECLOSE
RIGHT TO REDEEM
Take notice that: PROPERTY OF OLLIE RAINEY ESTATE (f/k/a OLLIE
WILCOX) and all heirs known and unknown
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Fitzgerald, Ben Hill County, Georgia, being all of Lots 24 and 25 in Block 4 in the Kimballs Addition to the City of Fitzgerald as shown by recorded
plat of said subdivision in Plat Book 4, Page 195, in the Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, said plat being made reference to and incorporated herein as part of this descrip-
tion.
Map and Parcel: 13 5 2 25 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 7th day of December, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of November, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 861, Page 17.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 7th day of December, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
