NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in that Deed to Secure Debt from GINA L. HARTER ("Debtor") to THE GEORGE J. MARRA AND LYNN R. MARRA REVOCABLE TRUST AS AMENDED AND RESTATED SEPTEMBER 20, 2007 ("Creditor"), dated September 2, 2008 and recorded on September 18, 2008 in the public records of Glynn County, Georgia, at Deed Book 3370 Page 13, and later by recorded extensions and modifications at Deed Book 2916 Page 237, Deed Book 3071 Page 280, and Deed Book 3370 Page 378 (collectively, the "Security Deed"), all given to secure a Note from Debtor to Creditor dated August 1, 2008, and as most recently amended on August 1, 2014, in the principal amount of $92,569.30, and now totaling $102,023.84 through November 2, 2015 with interest at $17.89 per additional day, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry, during the legal hours of sale before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in December, 2015, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following real property: All that tract or parcel of land and being in the 1356 G.M.D. of Glynn County, Georgia, and being known as LOT TWENTY-THREE (23) OF THE NORTH POINT SUBDIVISION per plat buy Quillie E. Kinard, G.R.L.S. No. 1572, dated February 18, 1986, a copy of said plat being filed in Plat Drawer 19-A as map no. 1211, Office of the Superior Court Clerk, Glynn County, Georgia. Fifty percent (50%) of mineral and oil rights have been retained by predecessor in title. Subject to Restrictive Covenants dated May 1, 1986, and recorded in deed book 27-K Page 29, Glynn County records. Reference is hereby made of said map and plan and the record thereof for all further purposes of identification, location of boundaries, and all other purposes allowed by law. The above-described property being located at 1359 Cate Road, Brunswick, Georgia 31525, according to the numbering system now in effect in this County. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the installments under said Note and maturity. The indebtedness remaining in default, the sale will be made for the purpose of applying proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Security Deed, accrued interest and expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees. To the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief the property is in the possession of the Debtor, GINA L. HARTER, and said property will be sold as her property, subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, assessments, and liens or interests superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
