CLASS:010 PUBLIC SALE GEORGIA, COWETA COUNTY There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Coweta County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in December, 2015, the following property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia and being known as Lot 16, Section One of the Georgian Hills Subdivision according to plat and survey by J. William Ozmore dated April 2, 1963, a copy of which is recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 193, Coweta County, Georgia records and reference to which is hereby made, and which land is more particularly described as follows: BEGIN at a point marked by an iron pin on the westerly side of Boone Drive (formerly Line Street) and which point is 150 feet south 2 degrees 7' east of a point which would constitute the intersection of the westerly side of Boone Drive with the southerly side of Georgian Drive if the southerly side of Georgian Drive was projected in a straight line instead of a curve and which point marks the southeasterly corner of said Lot 16, and thence south 87 degrees 37' west 150 feet to an iron pin; thence north 2 degrees 7' west 150 feet to an iron pin on the southerly side of Georgian Drive; thence north 87 degrees 37' east along the southerly side of Georgian Drive 130 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing along the southerly side of Georgian Drive in a southeasterly and curving direction to an iron pin on the westerly side of Boone Drive; thence south 2 degrees 7' east 130 feet along the westerly side of Boone Drive to the beginning point. Said property being bound on the east by Boone Drive; on the south by Lot 15; on the west by Lot 17; and on the north by Georgian Drive. Said property is conveyed subject to restrictions of record in Deed Book 112, Page 43 et seq., Coweta County, Georgia records. Tax Map No. N26 0002 001 Said property levied on to satisfy the tax FIFA issued by the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia; levied on as property of Charles R. Stallings, defendant in FIFA, notice of levy and sale having been given to the defendant in FIFA. Said Sale is to satisfy a certain City Tax FIFA for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014 in the amount of $590.80 plus interest, penalty and associated collection costs.
