NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: McKay, Maury B & McKay, Oma Woodall; Estates & Heirs Known & Unknown, 472 Woods Rd., Clayton, GA 30525.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 7 of the Fifth Land District of Rabun County, Georgia and being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West boundary of said Lot where the original line crosses the New Joy Public Road and running N 1 W 29 feet to the Ridge Road; thence along said Road as follows; N 64 E 136 feet to bend; thence S 79.30 E 57 feet to bend; thence N 61 E 78 feet to a bend; thence N 68.30 E 97 feet to a stake on the East Bank of said Road; thence S 46.45 E 233 feet to a stake; thence S 55.30 W 218 feet to a stake; thence S 72.30 W 213 to the Joy Public Road; thence N 47 E 200 feet to the BEGINNING CORNER, containing 1.50 acres, more or less.
Reference is here had and made for more or description to Deed by Thad A. Burrell to Fred Williams made on the 13 day of March 1938 and recorded in Deed Book P2, Page 92 in Office of Clerk of Superior Court, Rabun County, Georgia.
As described in Deed Book U2, Page 155. Further described as Map & Parcel 046B043.
LESS & EXCEPT 0.50 acres, more or less as described in Deed Book I-14, Page 445, Rabun County, Georgia Records.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of December 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated October 1, 2013 and is recorded in Deed Book J-40, Pages 533-534, Clerk's Office Rabun County Superior Court, Rabun County, Georgia.
This property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of December, 2015 by paying the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address.
