Notice of Foreclosure Right to Redeem Property Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1704th District, G.M., and being that certain 1.69 acres, more or less, together with a 20 foot driveway easement for purposes of ingress and egress, as shown on a plat for Tommy C. Barnett, dated June 13, 1983, by Max Lewallen, Registered Surveyor. Said plat is recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 181, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia and is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference for a more detailed description. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of December, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of September, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 69-H at pages 497-498. The above-referenced property may be redeemed at any time before the 31st day of January, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 171 Tommy Barnett Road, Nicholson, Georgia 30565.
