Pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 48-4-45, please TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property to-wit:
All that tract and parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 232, 10th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, being designated as Lot 671, Buckhorn, Inc., Unit VII, as shown on the Plat of Survey prepared by Burns L. Jeffries, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2036, for Buckhorn, Unit 7, dated 01/21/1984, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 254, Gilmer County, Georgia Records. Said Plat of Survey is incorporated herein by reference for a more complete metes and bounds description.
Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Sheriff's Tax Deed, dated 05/01/2012, from Rebecca Marshall, Ex-Officio Sheriff of Gilmer County, Georgia, to Steven D. McQuinn, as recorded in Deed Book 1735, Page 503, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
Tax Parcel ID No. 3093F080
will expire and be forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of December, 2015.
The Sheriff's Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated 05/01/2012, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia in Deed Book 1735, Page 503.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of December, 2015 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
