Kuykendall, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2127, for V. Paige Peugh, dated 07/28/2005, as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 274, Gilmer County, Georgia Records. Said Plat of Survey is incorporated herein by reference for a more complete metes and bounds description. Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Sheriff's Tax Deed, dated 05/06/2014, from Rebecca Marshall, Ex-Officio Sheriff of Gilmer County, Georgia, to Dale Robert Smith, as recorded in Deed Book 1869, Page 42, Gilmer County, Georgia Records. Tax Parcel ID No. 3090C 009 will expire and be forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of December, 2015. The Sheriff's Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated 05/06/2014, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia in Deed Book 1869, Page 42.
