Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Sheriff's Tax Deed, dated 05/06/2014, from Rebecca Marshall, Ex-Officio Sheriff of Gilmer County, Georgia, to Dale Robert Smith, as recorded in Deed Book 1869, Page 42, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
