Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Peggy Perez to HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation dated 05/19/06, recorded in Deed Book 2970, Page 266, COWETA, County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) by assignment recorded in Deed Book 4109, Page 226, COWETA County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $117,814.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of COWETA County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on December 1, 2015, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 130 of the Fifth Land District of Coweta County, Georgia, being Lot A18 of Macedonia Woods Subdivision, Unit One, Phase A, shown on a plat of survey as per plat of record at Plat Book 66, Pages 198 & 199, in the Office of the Clerk of Coweta County, Georgia to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular and accurate description of the property conveyed herein.
