CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Erika S. Sasser to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for New South Federal Savings Bank, its successors and assigns, in the original principal amount of $59,073.00 dated 11/29/2007, and recorded in Deed Book 3284, page 556, Coweta County records, said Security Deed being last transferred and assigned to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC in Deed Book 4002, page 23, Coweta County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday of December, 2015 by Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as Attorney-in-Fact for Erika S.
