STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GILMER NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF THE RIGHT TO REDEEM Date: November 6, 2015 This is notice to: TTBS Real Estate Investment, Inc., 12100 110th Avenue, Reddick, Florida 32686, and anyone holding any right, title, or interest in or lien upon the below listed property. This is Notice that James F. Daugherty hereby gives Notice that he intends to Forever Foreclose the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying in Land Lots 297 & 316, 11th District, 2nd Section, of Gilmer County, Georgia and designated as Lot 719, Eagle's Mountain Resort, Unit 5, as shown on survey of Burns L. Jeffries, RLS #2036, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 176, Gilmer County Records, to which reference is hereby made for a complete and accurate legal description will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of December, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of November, 2014 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, Deed Book 1894, Page 307-308. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of December, 2015 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 24 South Main Street, Suite E, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
