To: Margie Ledford Fowler and All other interested parties  Take notice that:  The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:  ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in Land Lot 114, of the 8th District and 1st Section of Fannin County, Georgia, and being 21.30 acres, more or less. This being a portion of that Thirty (30) acres, more or less, tract described as follows: Beginning at rock corner of top of Haye's Mountain; thence running an Easterly direction about four hundred yards to a Black-jack sapling, on the McAfee conditional line; thence in Northerly direction with the top of the ridge Falling Down Branch to a beech tree a conditional corner; thence down the branch in Northerly direction to a stake 20 feet below fork of the branch; thence in Westerly direction up ridge with the Hays's line to the rock corner, the beginning point, will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on or after the 29th day of November, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of October, 2014, and is recorded in in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1109, Pages 768-769.  The property may be redeemed at any time before the 29th day of November, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:  Richard F.
