CLASS:010 PUBLIC SALE GEORGIA, COWETA COUNTY There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Coweta County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in December 2015, the following property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 8, Fifth Land District of Coweta County, Georgia, being a lot on the Northerly side of Dewey Street, City of Newnan according to a plat of survey dated April 4, 1986, entitled “Survey for Sarah North” by John R. Christopher, Registered Land Surveyor, recorded in Plat Book 38 Page 177, Coweta County records. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of the property conveyed and is incorporated by reference as a part herein. Tax Map Parcel N13-0005-007 Said property levied on to satisfy the FIFAs for house demolition and for unpaid taxes issued by the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia; levied on as property of Arthur and Shirley Hussie defendants in FIFAs; notice of levy and sale having been given to the defendants in FIFAs. Said sale is to satisfy a certain City FIFA in the amount of $ 5,109.84 for house demolition, plus interest and associated collection costs and a certain City FIFA in the amount of $473.41, for unpaid taxes for the years, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 plus interest and associated collection costs.
