Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein described. Tax Map Parcel N12-0005-007A Said property levied on to satisfy the FIFA for unpaid taxes issued by the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia; levied on as property of Daniel Warren Coffey and Michele Lynn Coffey defendants in FIFA; notice of levy and sale having been given to the defendants in FIFA. Said sale is to satisfy a certain City FIFA in the amount of $374.72 for unpaid taxes for the years 2013 and 2014 plus interest and associated collection costs.
