CLASS:010 PUBLIC SALE GEORGIA, COWETA COUNTY There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Coweta County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in December, 2015, the following property, to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land located on the south side of the Newnan-Roscoe Road in Coweta County, Georgia, and more particularly described in accordance with survey and plat made by T.Y. Mattox dated October 26, 1954, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 119, Coweta County records, as follows: Begin at an iron on the south side of the Newnan-Roscoe Road, which iron marks the northwest corner of property herein conveyed and the northeast corner of property now or formerly owned by Liz Arnold, and which point is 58 feet, more or less, east of an alley as measured along the south side of the Newnan-Roscoe Road; thence run southerly along the east line of the Arnold property, 187.5 feet to an iron; thence southeasterly 32 feet; thence northeasterly 167 feet to the south side of the Newnan-Roscoe Road; thence westerly along the south side of the Newnan-Roscoe Road 100 feet; said property is bounded on the north by the Newnan-Roscoe road; on the east by property now or formerly owned by Emma Bolton, Annie Willie Bolton Wilkerson and Thomas Bolton, Jr.; on the south by property now or formerly owned by Manget; and on the west by property now or formerly owned by Liz Arnold. Tax Map No. N62-0006-009 Said property levied on to satisfy the tax FIFA issued by the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia; levied on as property of Juanita Rosser, defendant in FIFA, notice of levy and sale having been given to the defendant in FIFA. Said Sale is to satisfy a certain City Tax FIFA for the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 in the amount of $547.77 plus interest, penalty and associated collection costs.
