Notice Of Sale Of Realty
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the power of sale contained in the security deed, executed and delivered on October 30, 2008, by Johnny M. Stewart, as grantor, to The First National Bank Of Barnesville, as grantee, and recorded in Deed Book 770, page 167, of the Superior Court records of Pike County, Georgia, granting the property hereinafter described as collateral for the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, and by virtue of default in the payment of the indebtedness therein mentioned, which has made the aforesaid power of sale operative and effective, the undersigned, as attorney in fact for Johnny M. Stewart, will sell at public outcry before the courthouse door in Pike County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in December, 2015, during the legal hours of sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the property described in said security deed, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, with house and all improvements located thereon, lying and being in Land Lot 60 of the 2nd District of Pike County, Georgia, and being more particularly shown and designated as Lot 1, containing 3.18 Acres according to that certain plat of survey entitled “Property Survey for Amos M. Terry and R. Walter Terry†dated June 29, 1988, prepared by Kenneth Edward Presely, Georgia Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 1327 of Cochran-Presley & Associates, Inc., recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 214, Pike County Records. The description of said property as contained on said plat is hereby incorporated herein and by reference made a part hereof.
Notice, as required by law, has been given of intention to enforce the collection of attorney's fees as set out in the note evidencing the indebtedness secured by the aforesaid security deed and this sale will be made for the purpose of paying all indebtedness, secured by the aforesaid security deed, and all expenses of sale, including attorney fees.
