NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th Land District and 2nd Section of Fannin County, Georgia, and being part of Land Lot Number 5, of said state and county and being located in the City of McCaysville, Georgia, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin which is set on the south side of Toccoa Street, said point of beginning being the northwest corner of the property herein conveyed; thence South 87 degrees 02 minutes East a distance of 228.83 feet to an iron pin; thence a Southerly direction a distance of 110 feet, more or less, to an iron pin set at the Toccoa River; thence a Westerly direction with said Toccoa River South 85 degrees 58 minutes West a distance of 150147 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing down Toccoa River North 89 degrees 28 minutes West a distance of 79.36 feet to an iron pin; thence a Northerly direction 132 feet, more or less, to an iron pin, the beginning point. Said tract of land fronts on the South side of Toccoa Street 229.83 feet and extends back approximately parallel lines to the Toccoa River. Bounded on the East by J.R. Amburn; on the South by the Toccoa River; on the West by W. R. Cochran; and on the North by Toccoa Street. Being all of the same property conveyed by Warranty Deed dated October 25, 1975, from Roy G. Quintrell to A. L. Stepp, which is recorded in Book 53, page 663, Clerk's Office Superior Court, Fannin County, Georgia, and also part of the same lands described in Loan Deed dated October 25, 1975, from A. L. Stepp to Hamilton National Bank of Polk County, Copperhill, Tennessee (now the First National Bank of Polk County), which is recorded in Deed Book Mgt. 34, pages 367070, Clerk's Office, Superior Court, Fannin County, Georgia. As described in Deed Book 127, page 152. Further described as Map & Parcel MC01112. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of December, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of October, 2014, and was recorded on November 14, 2014, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1109, at pages 761-762. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of December, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
