NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated February 22, 2014, from Nawanna P Holsendolph to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Loandepot.com, LLC, recorded on March 17, 2014 in Deed Book 3285 at Page 262, Glynn County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Loandepot.com by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated February 22, 2014, in the amount of $97,431.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Glynn County, Georgia, on November 3, 2015, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "LAND") AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE 1356TH GMD, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, DESCRIBED AND IDENTIFIED ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY SHUPE SURVEYING COMPANY, P.C., ROBERT N.
