NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from Karsean Roberts to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns dated May 15, 2009 recorded in Deed Book 01217, Page 1081 , Richmond County Records, and last assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO AND 00/100 ($94,162.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 the following described property, to wit: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND, AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 23, BLOCK "A", SECTION THREE OF NORTHVIEW SUBDIVISION, AS MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON PLAT THEREOF WHICH IS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY,GEORGIA, REALTY REEL 264, PAGES 1554-1559, TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS, COURSES, DISTANCES AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY.
