NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed from JOSEPH DAVID RUHL to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE INVESTORS CORPORATION dated OCTOBER 15, 2010, and recorded on OCTOBER 26, 2010, in DEED BOOK 1279, PAGE 745, of the RICHMOND County, Georgia Records; as last assigned to GREEN PLANET SERVICING, LLC N/K/A PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC, by Assignment dated OCTOBER 19, 2012, and recorded on OCTOBER 25, 2012, recorded at DEED BOOK 1365, PAGE 1055, aforesaid records; conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY Dollars and 00/100 ($147,870.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of RICHMOND County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first TUESDAY in NOVEMBER, 2015, the following described property: THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF RICHMOND, STATE OF GA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 9, BLOCK C, SECTION ONE OF THE CAMERON SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN ON A PLAT PREPARED FOR JOSEPH D. & KIMBERLY RUHL BY AYERCORP ON APRIL 26, 2005 AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROEPRTY IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGE 1046. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments as required by said Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given) and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note.
