Ingram Subdivision located in Coweta County, Georgia, and bounded either now or formerly as follows: On the North by W.C. Ingram Property, on the East by Lot No. 5, on the South by Belt Road (f/k/a Belk Road) and on the West by Lot No. 7, fronting on said Belt Road 120 feet and 350 feet deep; said property being the same property conveyed to Augustus L. Clay by deed from Willie Wortham recorded in Deed Book 79, page 13, in the Office of the Clerk of Coweta Superior Court. Being known as 71 Belt Road, Newnan, Georgia 30263 Tax Map Parcel No. N42 0001 006 Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 16th day of November, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is from Douglas L. Meadows, Chief of Police, City of Newnan, Georgia to City of Newnan, Georgia, dated the 4th day of November, 2013, recorded on November 7, 2013, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, in Deed Book 4030, Page 86.
