NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM TO: TIM STEVENS & DIANA STEVENS 55 Fulmer Beach Road Twin City, GA 30471 Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, being known as Lot 10 in Block B of the Eastwood Estates Subdivision as shown on plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 3, page 11, in the Office of Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia.  Said property is bounded as follows: North by lands of Patricia M. Cox; Northeast by lands of  Yvonne J. Woods and Randall Woods;  East by lands of Yvonne J. Woods; South by lands of  Tim E. Stevens; and West by Durden Drive. Said property is the same as that conveyed by Quitclaim Deed dated March 9, 1994, from Goldome Credit Corporation to State Street Bank and Trust Company which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, in Deed Book 84, pages 553-554.  And, the same as that shown in an Agreement for Deed dated July 15, 1988, from Goldome Credit Corporation to Tim Stevens and Wife Diana Stevens. Subject to existing easements for rights of way, public utilities and any other outstanding liens which may attach to said property. EMANUEL COUNTY MAP & PARCEL NO. (S08 006B). AFTER ADVERTISMENT SAID PROPERTY WAS SOLD AT PUBLIC OUTCRY ON August 6, 2013, TO SATISFY A TAX FI FA(S) FOR THE YEAR(S) 2012 AND FOR PENALTY & INTEREST. The Tax Sale Deed and the property to which this notice relates the same as that conveyed from the City Council of the City of Swainsboro as Plaintiff in fi fa to the City Council of the City of Swainsboro Quitclaim Deed dated August 6, 2013 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County in Deed Book 390, Page 451.
