NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Anthony L. Runger and June M. Runger to Regions Mortgage, Inc., dated February 22, 2001, and recorded in Deed Book 717, Page 988-1007, Richmond County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Fifty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty and 0/100 dollars ($55,280.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 3, 2015, the following described property: ALL that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of GEORGIA, County of RICHMOND, being known and designated as Lot 39, Block "J", Section I, Pine Place Subdivision, as shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of RICHMOND County, GEORGIA, in Realty Reel 168, page 1546-1553; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property. Said property is being conveyed subject to any and all easements and restrictions of record, including, but not limited to, Protective Covenants recorded in Realty Book 38-X, page 917, aforesaid records. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
