NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Wadis A. Edge and Deborah A. Edge to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc., dated June 25, 2008, and recorded in Deed Book 01183, Page 2476-2493, Richmond County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to CitiMortgage, Inc. by assignment recorded on October 25, 2013 in Book 1417 Page 394-395 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Ninety-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty and 0/100 dollars ($94,980.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 3, 2015, the following described property: The land referred to in this exhibit is located in the County of Richmond and the State of Georgia in Deed Book 932, at Page 2219, and described as follows: The following property, to-wit: All that lot, tract or parcel of land, together with improvements thereon, if any, lying, being, and situate in the State of Georgia and County of Richmond, being known and designated as Lot 33, Tullocks Hill Subdivision, Phase I as shown on a plat of survey recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 740 at Page 1443, reference being made to said plat for a more completed and accurate description as to metes, bounds, courses, locations and distances of said property.
