Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of RICHMOND. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by DEBRA M WEAVER to PROFESSIONAL LENDING, LLC. , dated 09/30/2003, and Recorded on 10/08/2003 as Book No. 00889 and Page No. 2356, RICHMOND County, Georgia records, as last assigned to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.
