NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, RICHMOND COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Samuel D Jackson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender dated 3/14/2007 and recorded in Deed Book 1110 Page 2290, Richmond County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A.. as trustee on behalf of CWABS Asset-Backed Certificates Trust 2007-2 , conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 149,600.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 03, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land, together with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, county of Richmond, being known and designated as Lot 8, Block D, Jamestown Subdivision, as shown on a plat which was revised showing a portion of said Subdivision prepared by Swift Gregg Associates, dated December 16, 1967, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Reality Book 35A, pages 77-79; reference is made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds, and location of said property.
