gpn14 HS Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA LIBERTY COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Southeastern Commercial Contractors, Inc. to The Heritage Bank dated September 20, 2012, recorded in Deed Book 1744, Page 364, Liberty County records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated June 26, 2013, in the original principal sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN and 78/100'ths DOLLARS ($2,235,147.78), with interest from said dates at the rate stated in said Notes on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Liberty County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November, 2015, the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees. If there are more than one tracts under said deed, each tract will be sold individually. Parker, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1850, bearing a survey date of January 8, 2006, and a plat date of January 8, 2006, and recorded in Plat Section N-99, Page 3B, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes.
