gpn14 BC Foreclosures Bryan County State of Georgia NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from JAKEYRA BLAIR to RANDY LEE WILLIAMS and NANCY M. WILLIAMS, dated February 27, 2015, recorded in Deed Book 1165, Page 697, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Promissory Note dated February 27, 2015, in the original principal amounts of SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($73,000.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 3, 2015, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 19th G. M. District of Bryan County, Georgia, containing 0.79 acres, and being designated as Lot 1 on that certain plat prepared by Robert D. Smith, Jr., Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2766, dated September 10 2001, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Plat Book 506, Page 1. Said plat, insofar as it refers to the 0.79 acre conveyed herein, is hereby incorporated by specific reference for descriptive and all other legal purposes. ALSO conveyed herein is a one-seventh (1/7) undivided interest in and to that certain "0.015 acre Well Parcel" as depicted on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Plat Slide 506, Page 1. Said plat is hereby incorporated by specific reference for descriptive and all other legal purposes. Including the 1999 Fleetwood Hickory Hill Manufactured Home, bearing serial numbers GAFLW35A15372HH22, GAFLW35B15372HH22, and GAFLW35C15372HH22, and other improvements located thereon. Said property conveyed herein is subject to that certain Declaration of Protective Covenants, dated the 29th day of March, 1990, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Deed Book 8-A, Pages 236-240. Also subject to all valid reservations, restrictions, easements and rights of way of record; together with all improvements located thereon. Said property is known as 95 WILLIAM KENNEDY CEMETERY ROAD, PEMBROKE, GA 31321. The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of the default under the terms of said Deed to Secure Debt and Notes, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt and Note.
