gpn14 BC Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COUNTY OF BRYAN By virtue of the power of sale contained in the deed to secure debt from Phillip Smiley to E. B. Miles Properties, LLLP and L. Richard Lee Properties, dated June 23, 2014, recorded at Deed Book 1140, Pages 207-208, office of Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, there will be sold by the undersigned, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse doors in Pembroke, Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours for sale, on the first Tuesday in November, 2015, to-wit: November 3, 2015 the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 19th G. M. District of Bryan County, Georgia, containing 4.89 acres, more or less, and being more particularly set forth as Parcel No. Nineteen (19) Hopeful Acres Subdivision, as shown on that certain plat of survey prepared by Princeton P. Pirkle, Jr., Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, dated July 20, 1987, and revised on August 15, 1987, and recorded in Plat Slide 391, Page 5, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia. Said plat, insofar as it refers to Parcel No. 2, is hereby incorporated by specific reference for descriptive and all other legal purposes. With all improvements located thereon. The debt secured by said security deed has been and is hereby declared due because of non-payment of said debt. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees in the amount of fifteen (15%) percent of the principal and interest. The within property shall be sold as the property of Phillip Smiley, who, to the best of undersigned's knowledge and belief, is the party in possession.
