NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
To John W. Hall, or Any Current Occupant:
Please take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 126, 5th Land District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being 3.742 acres, according to a plat of survey for John W. Hall, dated November 30, 2005, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at point which is the intersection of the easterly right of way of Lake Carlton Road and the southern right of way of Midway Road; run thence 480 feet northeast along the southern right of way of Midway Road to a point, which is the true point of beginning; run thence north 68 degrees 28 minutes 19 seconds east a distance of 300.50 feet to a point; run thence south 39 degrees 36 minutes 40 seconds east a distance of 462.85 feet to a point; run thence south 75 degrees 43 minutes 32 seconds west a distance of 496.74 feet to a point; run thence north 14 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds west a distance of 386.34 feet to a point and the true point of beginning.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 26th day of November, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd of December, 2013, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia, in Deed Book 52745 at Page 135.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 26th day of November 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
