Church Street Swainsboro, GA 30401 Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, fronting a distance of 73.85 feet on the South side of West Church Street and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 147.7 feet and bounded now or formerly as follows: North by West Church Street; East by property of Dorsey Flanders formerly property of E.C. Shearouse; South by lands of Emily J. Flanders, formerly lands of J. A. Bell; and West by Bell Street. Emanuel County Tax Map Number: S24 Parcel 056. Subject to existing easements for rights of way, public utilities and any other outstanding liens which may attach to said property.
