NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM

Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that lot or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, fronting a distance of 73.85 feet on the South side of West Church Street and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 147.7 feet and bounded now or formerly as follows: North by West Church Street; East by property of Dorsey Flanders formerly property of E.C. Shearouse; South by lands of Emily J. Flanders, formerly lands of J. A. Bell; and West by Bell Street.
Emanuel County Tax Map Number: S24 Parcel 056.
Subject to existing easements for rights of way, public utilities and any other outstanding liens which may attach to said property.
AFTER ADVERTISMENT SAID PROPERTY WAS SOLD AT PUBLIC OUTCRY ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2013, TO SATISFY A TAX FI FA(S) FOR THE YEAR(S) 2012 AND FOR PENALTY & INTEREST.
The Tax Sale Deed and the property to which this notice relates the same as that conveyed from the City Council of the City of Swainsboro as Plaintiff in fi fa to the City Council of the City of Swainsboro Quitclaim Deed dated September 3rd, 2013 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County in Deed Book 391, Page 497.
