AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP. dated September 15, 2008, filed for record September 17, 2008, and recorded in Deed Book 1020, Page 0039, COLQUITT County, Georgia Records, and as modified by that certain Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Deed Book 1184, Page 480, COLQUITT County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1227, Page 551, COLQUITT County, Georgia Records. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
